We’re searching for a ServiceNow developer to be responsible for platform support activities as wells as bigger picture, enterprise development of the ServiceNow platform at Fox Sports. You will be required to work independently, but will have the support of other ServiceNow developer colleagues at Foxtel, based interstate.

Your purpose

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, as well as integrating with external platforms and systems across the business (such as JIRA, Salesforce and Confluence)
  • Resolve all Service Now issues/incidents/change requests/enhancements and development in line with Foxtel policies and processes.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Change and Release management of Service Now environments.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Service Now, providing leadership for both technical and strategic system solutions.
  • Perform analysis and assistance with the design and implementation of activities relating to Service Now.
  • Manage third party vendor relationships for adhoc/project development requirements
  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

  • Your capability

  • Minimum 3+ years as an experienced ServiceNow developer 
  • Proficient in JavaScript and AngularJS
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge and experience in software engineering including software development life cycle using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing environment, an particularly able to work independently within a  fast paced,close knit environment
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise workload and projects
