Our product also needs to offer highly secure data segregation and storage to ensure the confidentiality of the sensitive information contained in the reports.
This creates very complex technical challenges for our engineers to tackle, which has resulted in us hiring a team of high performers and allowing them to do their best work in a group of peers.
We consider ourselves to have a very modern and progressive engineering team. We follow industry best practices like TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, pair programming and Agile, without ever becoming slaves to the process.
