This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
- Work with an established quality-driven agile team using state of the art organizational means focused on delivering software products with regular schedules.
- Maintain and extend a library of user interface components according to given specification and including automated tests and documentation
- BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, bioinformatics, or related fields, or comparable on-the-job experience
- Qualified web developer with skills on the web-tier end user interface as well as the middle-tier service layer
- Working experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Subversion, Jenkins, React, Play, JPA/Hibernate, NodeJS/NPM, SQL, Scrum)
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- A keen interest in working in a life science related field
