We are passionate about how technology can revolutionise our industry and we're looking for talented individuals to join us in the journey.Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the broader executive and leadership teams, this is a great opportunity to impact the way Australians search, compare and apply for their mortgages online.About the roleAs our Lead React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the product development cycle by contributing new features and optimizations to the architecture, tools and development workflow of the React-based UI Framework that powers Lendi. You will oversee framework maintainers and feature contributors, helping to drive stability, performance, testing and maintainability through consultation and code review.For this role, we highly value experience building scalable web applications, tools and build processes as well as having a solid sense for design and UX. This position will attack unique problems from all angles, never settling for a brute force method.
