Lead Front End Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Front End Developer, who will be contributing to the delivery of the biggest IT transformation in the company with hands-on and exciting technology stack.
Most days you’ll be in East London (we have a cool Tech office with a running track, table tennis, drinks fridge etc… sort of thing you’d expect from the world’s number one sports betting and gaming business). Check it out here.
You’ll play a big part in helping to keep our apps working, performing and evolving, and to entertain and keep our customers safe. You’ll work closely with the DevOps team who are advocates for our developers, testers, platform engineers and focus solely on driving collaboration, reliability, security and quality best practices.

Questions are to be asked, ways of working are to be improved, technologies are to be tested and adopted, but most of all, processes and people are to be mentored and brought along in the journey of “automate as much as possible” across the whole landscape.
You’ll be key in our Omnia project. Omnia will replace all legacy tills in both Ladbrokes and Coral shops. The technology will enable us to focus on improving customer and colleague experience, and ensure we are able to remain compliant with regulations.
We are in an unrivalled position. We have over 3,000 betting shops across the UK, a strong online sports betting and gaming offer and a well-established telephone betting service. Customers can bet with us however and wherever they choose. To deliver high quality service consistently to our customers through all these channels, we need to adopt an 'omni-channel' approach.
